

I have 3 shopping operations for mats, one for each different quantity. Repeat the process for "MV" and then "HV", after you are done with Leathers, move on to rest of the groups and repeat the same process. After you've gone through all the items, click the Add button near the top of the list, which will add the items from the group "Leathers" to the subgroup "LV". My recommendation is to start by selecting the "LV" subgroup, then highlight items with low volume by clicking on them once in the left list.

Again, actual numbers depend on your preference, if you are unsure, leave them in the parent group "Leathers" for now, and come back to it when you've seen most of the items, and thus have a good idea of what an average is. But for me, generally 1,000 is considered High Volume. You may have more than 3 or less than 3 groups to distinguish them. There no hard fixed number for what quantity goes into what group, it's all based on preference. With Region Avg Daily Sold enabled in item tooltips, look through every single item imported to the parent group, "Leather" in our case, and start to add them to the subgroups "HV", "MV" or "LV" based on their quantity sold. What I do is take the subgroup, "Leather" in our case, and create 3 further subgroups, named "High Volume" (HV), "Medium Volume" (MV) and "Low Volume" (LV). In my preference, it is Region Average Daily Sold, since in my opinion it is the most important characteristic of an item, as high volume indicates high liquidity, accurate DBMarket price and higher quantity of sales that leads to higher revenue. This is a highly preferential decision, but it should be revolved around the similarities of market properties of the items. Next we'll be looking to create that additional group structure that's missing for Muffin. This is a double-edged sword for us, since it gives us the freedom to do whatever we want with it, but it is also a lot of effort to look through 200 items and identify which ones should be classified as what.

His code will literally give you a list of items and that's it, as opposed to groups with addition structure, such as further subgroups separating mats into different expansions or usage. This will automatically bring you to your new profile page, with everything from groups to operations completely blank, with the exception of custom price sources, and potentially other tooltip specific settings (Not too sure on this one). To create a new profile, go to TSM -> Options Tab -> Profiles Tab in the centre -> type a profile name under "New" -> hit "Enter" on keyboard. It would be a good idea to start a new profile for this, as you get to keep all your old stuff, and if you mess up you can always start over.
